To win unalloyed happiness and a feeling of oneness with the object of friendliness, Yoga is the ultimate source. Yoga can help a person become more physically and mentally powerful. Yoga is a practice that connects the body, breath and mind. Yoga creates mental clarity and calmness; awareness, improves quality of life, relieves stress, boosts immunity, relaxes the mind, creates attention and sharpness, improves posture & flexibility and gives strength.

Yoga is beneficial for everyone, be it children or elderly people. Yoga has been a beneficial factor for school children. Yoga can help children develop strength and balance which acts physical fitness for them. Yoga can help children improve concentration and memory, improve their focus and attention that translates to better academic performance and that acts as a factor for their mental and emotional well-being. Yoga can help them develop essential life-skills along with social and leadership skills. Yoga can help the children thrive academically and beyond by nurturing healthy bodies and minds, yoga acts as a catalyst for their better holistic education.
